What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and store it via Supabase (our authentication provider). When you upgrade to Pro, Stripe processes your payment — we store only your Stripe customer ID, not your card details.
We log which features you use (audits run, leads searched, proposals generated) to enforce free-tier limits and calculate usage. These counts are stored per user in our database.
The URLs you audit and the results generated are processed server-side and returned to you. We do not persistently store the content of audits, qualification reports, or proposals unless you explicitly save a lead to your dashboard.
How we use your data
Your email is used for authentication and, if you opt in, for transactional emails (billing receipts from Stripe). We do not send marketing emails without your consent and do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Usage counts are used solely to enforce plan limits and reset on the 1st of each month.
Third-party services
WeaveSEO uses the following services that may process your data:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting (EU/US)
- Stripe — payment processing
- Anthropic — AI analysis (URLs and page content are sent to Claude API for processing; Anthropic's data retention policies apply)
- Google — Places API for lead discovery, PageSpeed Insights for performance data
Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. These are strictly necessary for the app to function and are not used for tracking or advertising.
Your rights
You can delete your account at any time from your settings page, which removes your profile and saved leads from our database. To request a full data export or deletion, contact us via the email on your account.
