The core workflow: search a niche and city in the Lead Engine, get up to 60 local businesses ranked by worst SEO score, qualify the best prospects with AI, and generate a personalized proposal in seconds. The whole thing runs in a single browser tab.
What problem does it solve?

How it works
- Discover — The Lead Engine queries Google Places for local businesses in any niche and city. It bulk-audits each website and ranks results by SEO score, worst first. Lower score means more SEO pain, which means a warmer prospect.
- Qualify — One click runs an AI qualification powered by Claude. It scores the prospect across six dimensions: SEO pain severity, revenue potential, competition level, CRO gaps, content depth, and local visibility. The verdict is STRONG, QUALIFIED, or PASS.
- Propose — The Proposal Generator audits the client's site and uses Claude AI to write a full proposal with executive summary, findings, deliverables, and next steps. Export to PDF and send.
Technology
WeaveSEO is built on SvelteKit with server-side rendering for all public pages. AI features use Claude (claude-opus-4-7) with adaptive thinking enabled. Lead discovery uses the Google Places API. Page audits use Puppeteer for real browser rendering plus Google PageSpeed Insights for Core Web Vitals data. Authentication and data storage run on Supabase. Payments are handled by Stripe.
